Two Nodaway County men injured in Friday wreck

A car accident Friday left a Nodaway County man in serious condition.

Twenty-year-old Tanner Wilcox of Parnell was traveling eastbound on Missouri Route 246, approximately 4 miles east of Hopkins. Wilcox's vehicle went off the right side of the roadway, striking the entrance to a local field, and launching his car into the air. Wilcox's car came to a rest on it's wheels facing south.

Wilcox and his passenger, 21-year-old Clayton Farrell of Maryville suffered moderate injuries. Both were transported by Nodaway County EMS to Mosaic Medical Center Maryville.
